eGroups makes shipping easy. If your item requires shipment directly to the customer, we take care of all the mailing. Our shipping center is designed to handle bulk letter and package mailing. Envelopes are mailed first class and usually reach their destination in 3-5 business days. Packages are mailed UPS ground or USPS. Shipping charges vary depending on the item size, weight, and shipping address, and costs are passed onto the customer.

For customers who choose the on-campus pickup option instead of shipping, items will be available at the ASSU/SSE offices on the 2nd floor of Tresidder Union from 9-5pm M-F for pickup.

In addition to taking care of shipping for your items, we also keep a stock of your inventory on hand to ensure rapid fulfillment of orders. We’ll let you know when our inventory is running low and needs replenishment.
